History of Eaglescoutbugler.com

Eaglescoutbugler.com originally was the personal webpage of Eagle Scout Robert Morgan (link here), after seeing that the website could be used to reach out to scouts and veterans the website changed and took on a new look.
Robert Morgan is an Eagle Scout of Banning Troop 101-California Inland Empire Council. Chasing a rumor as a 12 year old scout that civilian buglers can get paid by the government to play taps at military funerals, Robert headed down to the Riverside National Cemetery. At that time boom boxes with a CD track that played taps was used whenever a live bugler was not available (which was quite often). After learning about this, and that buglers are not paid by the government Robert signed up as a scout volunteer. In his time there Robert has served on three memorial honor details including the Army National Guard MHD Team 33, American Legion Robert J. "Uncle Bobby" Castillo Honor Detail MHD Team 12, and VFW Post 12020 MHD Team 45.
Robert continues to serve at the Riverside National Cemetery, but now also focuses on providing resources for vets and scouts across the country. For more information on Robert please click here to visit his personal webpage.
